The hair mask with yeast is a proven recipe and an effective remedy against hair loss . It is recommended for the treatment of people whose hair has started to fall out heavily, for people with eczema or excessive dandruff.


Yeast is full of nutrients that help restore, nourish and treat weakened hair, improve its quality, regenerate and strengthen brittle hair.

We need:

  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation:

  • Dissolve honey in lukewarm milk.
  • Then add the yeast and mix well.
  • Leave to stand for 15-20 minutes in a warm place to allow fermentation to occur.
  • After this time, add the yolk and mix.
  • The content of this hair mask can be enhanced by adding yogurt or olive oil or aloe vera gel .
  • However, yeast is the main ingredient that this mask should contain.

Usage:

  • Apply the mask to clean and damp hair.
  • Yeast needs heat, so it’s a good idea to wrap your hair with a plastic hat or foil.
  • Then in the towel.
  • The concentration of proteins, vitamins and minerals penetrates deeper into the hair follicles.
  • Leave the mask on for at least an hour or overnight if possible.
  • Finally, rinse with warm water.
  • Do not worry, after washing with ordinary shampoo, the specific smell that the mask has will disappear.
  • For visible results, you should repeat this process 2 times a week for 2-3 months.
  • Then you can take 3 months off.
  • If necessary, you can repeat the treatment again.

After the first application, the hair will look healthier, shinier and with more volume.

Internal reception

Yeast is an extremely effective and healing agent for strengthening hair and stimulating growth.

When used internally, the yeast must be poured with warm water or milk so that it does not stop fermenting when it reaches the stomach.

For a more pleasant taste, it can be mixed with honey, cocoa, fruits, etc.

The recommended dose is 25-33 g of yeast per day.
