The more years pass, the more apparent it becomes that life moves at a breakneck pace, and we humans struggle to keep up. For example, this is one of the reasons why so many people have turned to meal subscriptions to help them cook their meals more quickly. Not only does cooking take time, but so do a slew of other household responsibilities. However, you don’t have to be concerned because there are numerous strategies that can assist you in completing tasks much more quickly.

We want to introduce you to 10 proven methods that will help you keep your life, both inside and outside the house, clean and orderly.

There are many ways you can clean a faucet with ingredients we almost always have at home that don’t include harsh chemicals.

Cucumber: The popular vegetable isn’t just good for treating under-eye circles, but it can also make your stainless steel faucet shine. Just rub it all over the faucet and rinse any remaining seeds away. It won’t leave any stains behind. You don’t need to stress about leaving your packet open and exposed after you’ve opened and taken just 1 cookie from inside. You can simply take the top off of the packaging, which you removed in order to open it. You will then have to press the sides upward so that the circular part can fit on the packet. And then you’ll have a nice lid to keep your cookies protected and closed.
It’s very easy to leave marks on your wall, and there are many everyday chores that can cause them. One of them is removing nails from the wall when you need to leave a home spic and span for the next renter. An easy and smart trick is to place a kitchen sponge under the nail, exactly where the hammer will touch. This way, you protect the wall and any paint present.
Vinegar can be used instead of detergent or along with it in order to improve the cleaning process. One solution would be to wash your clothes normally and add 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar instead of detergent if you’re dealing with bad stains. Another way you can do this is by applying diluted vinegar directly on the stains, then washing them in the washer with regular detergent. The vinegar will help calm the stain and make it easier to get rid of.
Additionally, vinegar is a natural deodorant and can help you to get rid of unpleasant smells. So, again, you can add 1/2 or 1 cup of vinegar to the washing machine and your clothes will smell fresh. And don’t worry, there won’t be a vinegary smell on your clothes afterward.
It’s such an unwelcome surprise when you sit on a bench and don’t notice that there’s gum on it. If this ever happens to you, go home and grab some peanut butter from the pantry. Apply as much as possible to the gum, but try not to touch much of the fabric with it.
Let it sit for a while until the gum has loosened up, then use a butter knife to remove the sticky mess from your clothing. Then you’ll need to apply a regular stain remover and wash it as you normally would. This is necessary in case the gum or peanut butter has stained the piece of clothing.
Scratches can appear on our wooden furniture out of nowhere, and that’s where walnuts and other oily nuts, such as pecans, come in handy. Just crack the walnut open and rub the white part all over the scratch. You need to make sure that the oil of the nut has been absorbed by the scratch nicely. Some additional heat will help, so use your fingers to create friction, creating a better environment for the walnut oil to be absorbed.
This is a proven method that’s so much easier than you could imagine. The first step is to clean or wash your shoes in order to remove any dirt, then let them dry completely. Next, you can melt the beeswax in a pan and apply it to the shoes using a clean towel. The shoes won’t look very nice at first, as they will be all white and yellowish, but that’s absolutely normal.
The next step is to take a blow dryer and warm the beeswax on the shoes until it melts. Don’t stand too close to the shoes though in case you overheat the leather. You will notice a massive difference in your shoes, and after you’ve melted all of the beeswax, you can use a towel to remove any remnants.
Sticking your fingers in the blender to clean it manually can be dangerous and result in cuts. That’s why you need to fill it with water and some soap and let it run for about 30 seconds. You can use all the different settings of the blender for better results and to reach all the hidden spots. Remember to use this cleaning method immediately after finishing whatever you’re making so that nothing sticks to the blender.
If, however, you forgot and left the blender unwashed for hours and there’s crusty food all over it, you can do something else. Let it soak overnight with warm water, white vinegar, and some oxygen bleach. Then you can let it run by itself with water and soap.
Yes, you can make hard-boiled eggs in the oven by either placing them on the rack or in a cupcake tray if you have it. You just preheat the oven and pop the eggs in for 20-30 minutes based on how boiled you like them to be. 20 minutes will give you very runny, soft-boiled eggs, and 30 minutes will give you very hard-boiled eggs. No matter how long you choose to bake them for, after you’ve finished, drop them in ice water for 10 minutes so they peel easier.
Will you be using any of the methods above in your everyday life? Or maybe you know of other tricks that could help others with their everyday chores.

The more years pass, the more apparent it becomes that life moves at a breakneck pace, and we humans struggle to keep up.
Lemon: If your faucet is full of limescale, you can simply cut a lemon in half and rub it all over the affected areas. Then you will need to rinse it well with water and use a cotton cloth to dry the faucet. Remember to apply it in the same direction while cleaning around the faucet so that halos aren’t formed.

Baby oil: Baby oil isn’t so much about cleaning, but rather, polishing your faucet and making it shine. You can add a few drops to a cotton cloth and rub it all over the area after you’ve washed it with lemon and/or cucumber.
2. A smart way to reseal a pack of cookies
