A popular TV doctor, Dr Hilary Jones, has shared his tips for top heart health \u2013 and has a warn:ing for those who has popular activity which can \u2018double the chance\u2019 of a heart atta:ck.Buy vitamins and supplements\n
The doc said keeping our precious tickers healthy all comes down to losing those excess pounds and kicking a particular habit to the curb.\n
The doctor continued: \u201cDon\u2019t strain it [your heart] by carrying too much weight, exercise it regularly \u2013 it\u2019s a muscle \u2013 it loves a bit of exercise.\u201d\n
He also alerted against \u2018clogging up your heart\u2019 with too much cholesterol.\n

However, he also had a stark remind for people who rely on one harmful vice, adding: \u201cDon\u2019t smoke, your heart hates that.\u201d

\nQuitting for good also enhances physical well-being and reduces the risk of smoking-related diseases such as canc3rs, lung disease, heart conditions and stokes \u2013 and can even improve mental health.\n
In one video, he talks about the importance of making \u2018relaxation\u2019 a priority for heart health, with scheduled down-time breaks away from the stress of everyday life.\n
Dr Hilary said: \u201cLife can be pretty stressful, can\u2019t it.\n
\u201cConstant, relentless, exhausting \u2013 but too much stress is bad for our heart.\u201d

\nHe suggests followers to \u2018do what I do\u2019 by putting time aside \u201cjust for yourself in your diary and chill out a bit\u201d.\n
The Dr concluded: \u201cYour heart will love you for it.\u201d\n
In another, he advised \u2018millions\u2019 of people are walking around \u2018right now\u2019 with high blood pressure and don\u2019t even know it.\n
