President Donald J. Trump has five children and 10 grandchildren, ranging in age from 5 to 17 years old, with another grandchild on the way.
Tiffany Trump is expecting her first child with husband Michael Boulos. The president first shared the news during a speech at the Detroit Economic Club on Oct. 10.
āSheās an exceptional young woman. And sheās going to have a baby. So thatās nice,ā he said.

Trumpās oldest son, Donald Trump Jr., has five children from his first marriage to Vanessa Haydon: Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.
Kai Madison Trump
Kai, 17, was born May 12, 2007, and was named after her maternal grandfather, a Danish jazz musician named Kai Ewans. Based on her Instagram account, she seems to love golf as much as her grandfather.
Kai announced her verbal commitment to play collegiate golf at the University of Miami on Instagram. She wrote, āI would like to thank my Grandpa for giving me access to great courses and tremendous support.ā
In fact, she demonstrated that support when she spoke at the 2024 Republican National Convention. āIām speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people donāt often see,ā Kai said. āTo me, heās just a normal grandpa.ā
Kai continued, āHe gives us candy and soda when our parents arenāt looking. He always wants to know how weāre doing in school.ā
Kai was among the Trump family members who attended her grandfatherās inauguration on Jan. 20, 2025.
Donald J. Trump III
Donald J. Trump III, who was born Feb. 18, 2009, is 15 years old. Though he was young when āThe Apprenticeā was filming, he seems to have made an appearance on the show. IMDb.com lists him as an uncredited audience member in a 2011 episode.
Tristan Milos Trump
Donald Jr.ās second son, Tristan, is 13 years old and was born Oct. 2, 2011. In a birthday tribute on Instagram, Don Jr. called him āthe best little man ever.ā
Spencer Frederick Trump
Spencer Trump, the third son of Don Jr. and Vanessa Haydon, was born in October 2012. Heās only about a year younger than brother Tristan.
